Managing the Appointment Diary
Scheduling, Follow up on pending tasks, updating calendar & address book
Correspondence , Checking Mails, drafting & filing of letters.
Travel Management- Ensuring travel bookings like air tickets, car pick ups, Hotel arrangements & Passport & visa formalities .
Assist in editing power point presentations.
Qualification-Graduate in Any Discipline
Knowledge - Office Management
Skills-Personality to present oneself & be able to Handle senior colleague
Be able to Handle External & Internal customers
Multi Tasking skills
