• Client Acquisition
• Lead Generation : Rice, Spices, RTE Meal.
• Business Development : ( Through calling, WhatsApp, Gmail, LinkedIn etc)
• Client Engagement and Liasoning, Client calling and managing.
• Handling existing clients.
• Country Specific Market Research.
• Liasoning with Production Department ( Informing them about current and prospective orders and ensuring there production accordingly)
• Packing design Development ( Liasoning with client and bag supplier for designs )( Tracking when we will receive the packing)
• Product Testing according to Countries ( Including taking quotation from testing agencies till report received)
• Dealing with: Export Inspection Agency, Spice Board (From intimation, product sampling, till documents receive and payment done), and APEDA.
• Creation of – Quotation, Performa Invoice, Sale Order
• Acquiring Certificates and Documents according to Country.
• Trade Show Promotion activities through FIEO etc.
• Follow up with client for payments.
• Bill processing ( Payments has been done for services taken)
