Partnering with hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
Working on Internal Requirements.
Screening and Sourcing of resumes in bulk on daily bases.
Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for the
entire interview process.
Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
Should be able to prepare and post jobs as per the manpower requisition in the organization.
Maintaining the database of the resumes received and in process of the interview cycle.
Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
Issuance of any document required by employees (Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience Letters etc).
candidate have relevant experience in recruitment.
